Window Shopping

One of my favorite things to do this time of year is to walk around any city and peek in at all the creative and well-designed window displays. Not only are they a source of artistic inspiration, but it's fun to let childlike wonder take over and get caught up in the whimsy and delight of the holidays. Here are a few dazzling storefronts from around the web.

Okay, so that last photo isn't technically a shop window, but rather the ceiling of the Galeries Lafayette in Paris. But it's too pretty not to share.
