Christopher Boffoli // Guest Post from So About What I Said
Hello, friends! My name is Melissa, and I blog at So about what I said. I was so excited when I was asked to blog for Mary today, as I always love meeting new people - and love reading new blogs!
I'm a big fan of food and art, so when you pair the two together, chances are that I'll love it. And that's exactly how I feel about Seattle photographer Christopher Boffoli's series called Disparity. The collection features tiny figures from model train sets and places them amidst edible backdrops. Doesn't it look like these guys are little construction workers? I love that this work is so original and captivating.
Thanks so much to Mary for allowing me to blog today, and feel free to stop by blog any time! :)

I love these pictures! The broccoli is the best.
ReplyDeleteWow! These are so creative! I love the broccoli photos. It's amazing what you can do to create art when you pay attention to detail in the little things that surround you.

I love this Melissa and Mary:) What a treat, the strawberry and broccoli ones are my favorites:)
ReplyDeleteThis post made me smile. My husband works in construction and absolutely adores food. He is an exercise fanatic so that he never has to worry about his addiction to chocolate cake! I'll have to show him these photos. They are definitely captivating.
