All of these images come from a 1961 biology book illustrated by one of my favorite artists, Charley Harper. I wish text books had looked like this when I was in school; I might have been more interested in science class. Actually, who am I kidding? I would've just stared at the illustrations and doodled in my notebook. :)

    Charlie Harper is one of my favorite illustrators. His work could not be more cool. Thank you so much for sharing - there are a few here that I have never seen - what a treat!
