I've probably mentioned before that Peter and I have nine nieces and nephews under the age of seven, plus several other close friends with babies, so I'm always on the lookout for cute baby/kid things. With the holidays just around the corner, I thought I'd share a few shops. :)
(Clockwise from top left: crib mobile from Patricija's Garden; knitted girl's dress from Sasa's Handcrafts; colored dots fabric wall decals from petitcollage; and hand-knit baby hat from domatoma.)
Some other awesome shops you might want to check out: tenderblue (for knitted baby clothes), ColetteBream for organic toddler bedding plus cute knit pillows and playthings, Little Chill for warmer fleece baby clothes, Smiling Tree Toys for handmade wooden rattles and teethers; Potato Cake Vintage for the cutest vintage baby and children's clothing; and Oopsie Daisies! for lots of vintage children's books (I think there are over 200 titles listed right now).
There are many more incredible kid's shops on Etsy, of course. I wish I could afford to shop at more of them! What's your favorite place to buy gifts for children?
