Guided Meditation

We had some pretty intense storms last night. Severe weather in general has a tendency to raise my anxiety by about 100 percent. I guess it does most people. Anyway, I often don't sleep well as a result, and I went looking for relaxation videos online. I thought this one, in particular, was really relaxing, and I wanted to share the link here in case anyone else is having a stressful week or could just use a few minutes of rest. It helps. xo


  1. I haven't checked out the link yet, but guided meditation has really helped me too. I even used it when I was in labor. xo

  2. Ugh...I hate storms too! Luckily the sun FINALLY decided to shine here this week after about a month of rain!

  3. I've used guided meditation before and it does help a ton. When I'm having a particularly busy of stressful time, I'll actually stop what I'm doing and go listen to something soothing. The little break makes the day so much better. :-)
