Happy Friday!

Bird Chirping Weather print by Katie Daisy

What is everyone up to this weekend? We are hopefully going to do a bit of work on the house (caulking windows and such) which I'm actually not looking forward to but needs to be done. I also hope to get out and take some photos because we're due for some bird-chirping weather too! I don't know how much energy I'll have as I'm still sick and prone to nodding off while sitting up at my desk these days. But maybe we can take a short walk and see something pretty.

I also have a giveaway in the works which I'll post tomorrow! And I'm thinking I might do a spring sale in my Etsy shop to make way for new things. I'll keep you posted. xo, Mary

  1. Friday used to be cool when it didn't fall in between my days off. It's ok though I have slowly gotten use to it.

I plan do some picture taking and sewing this weekend. Ryan and I are trying to go on a mini hike tomorrow assuming we can get up so we can get some fresh air. We feel like trapped animals from the winter.

  2. I, too, wrote about birdsong today! The best part is that "chirping weather' sneaks up on us... and it's just to grand not to celebrate!

Hope you get to see some pretty things this weekend. It'll do you good. :)
    Happy Friday!

  4. You're lucky to have the chirping weather! Actually, our birds are very active as well, and the snow is actively melting so I am not complaining either. And it has been sunny for a whole week now! The weekend will be spent walking around tow, visiting libraries and enjoying the spring sun. :)

  6. Feel better! Spring is definitely making its way here. The kids have been able to get outside and we don't always need to wear a coat out. Morning bird chirping weather is the best, when it's slightly warm enough in the morning to have the window open.
