Some random pics from recent wanderings:
Taking shortcuts through alleys.
This tree branch/vine situation was crazy...seemed to be growing out of someone's garden and become intertwined with a tree on the street.
More vines and pipes and bricks. There are so many bricks in Old Town (all the sidewalks, walls, houses, and many streets), and once Peter said it seemed as if they must have used up all the bricks in the 1700s making this town.
Hope you enjoyed this walk! Until next time. xo, Mary
I really just love your photos. :)
ReplyDeleteI like your Let's take a walk blogs. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteVery nice pics. Love old city...all the bricks, the cobblestone, the character.
ReplyDeleteVery neat--I love narrow little streets in old, old neighborhoods!
ReplyDeleteI like all of the brick, too. Even though we live in an "older" part of the suburbs here, it's nothing like what you guys have on the east coast.
ReplyDeleteSo pretty!! Honestly, I think Ryan and I are going to have to take a trip to Alexandria and check out the town.
