Still making cards to send with orders from my shop.
I'm no gourmet cook (and don't aspire to be), but I did make a choice as of the new year to try to eat healthier--less sugar, more vegetables--which inevitably means cooking more often. Here are a few things I've made recently: whole grain pasta with spinach, tomatoes, walnuts, and parmesan; quiche with zucchini, tomatoes, and swiss; and balsamic rosemary chicken and peppers.
P.S. I realize I only captioned two photos, but the rest are self-explanatory, I guess. Feel free to make up your own captions in the comments. :)
Love these! Especially the cute yarn bomb :). I tried coming up with a clever caption but my mind is blank :)
ReplyDeleteAwesome photos! I love all the twinkle lights everywhere.
ReplyDeleteAlso, I really want to eat that pasta. Looks sooo yummy.
I love the yarn bombing photo. I really want to try it one day.
ReplyDeleteI love the first photo and those cards!
ReplyDeleteMmm, healthy cooking I like. Since you mention less sugar, I am tempted to share what Melinda of Inspiration Earth let me in on - Stevia - 300 times sweeter than sugar + healthier because it's an herb! I tried it today for the first time and it really is sweet! My, I had to dip a tiny fraction of my spoon in it and mix the hot milk!
ReplyDeleteAnd as far as yarn bombing is concerned. I used to think that it is super cool, being all colorful and sweet but then I learned that they mostly use acrylic yarn which cannot degrade so the whole idea got lost for me.
In other words - sweet photos, as always!
I have something for you over at my place.
True, they should consider using a degradable fiber, but I still enjoy yarn bombing very much —except when it's done around a tree: it makes me so worried!
